Product

All items sold at AMoonDance are brand new.

We will try our best to potray the item in the most accurate manner as possible in terms of colour and design. However, other factors such as different resolutions of computer screen could still result in slight difference of the colour.

All items sold are non-refundable.

Exchange of itmes will be done on a case to case basis and the item must be exchanged within 7 days from the postage date.

All prices are exclusive of postage fees and are non-negotiable.

If item is out of stock, interested buyers will automatically be put on the waiting list.

No reservation of item is allowed.

Payment

Please wait for an invoice before making your payment.

All payment must be made within 24 hours upon confirmation of orders, or the order will be voided.

For bank transfer, please take a snapshot of your reciept and send it to us after you've made your payment.

For i-banking, please provide us your i-nick, date and time of transfer.

Postage

Normal mail: $1.50 per item.

Registered mail: $2.24 on top of normal mail.

We recommend buyers to opt for registered mail as we would not be responsible for any loss of mail through normal mail.

Postage will be done on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except for public holidays).

Meetup

Meetup only available at Woodlands/Admiralty, other places only possible if it's convenient for us.

Mass meetup would be held at town area if many opt for meetup.

Others

Deadbuyers would be blacklisted and banned from making any purchases from AMoonDance in the future.

AMoonDance reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice.
